1. About these terms
This website is operated by Charles Etienne Cliche Bernier, trading as AREWEREADY (“we,” “us” or “our”).

These Terms of Service govern purchases from areweready.store and use of our website. Read them together with our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy before ordering. By placing an order, you agree to the terms presented to you at checkout, subject to applicable law.
2. Eligibility and website use
To place an order, you must be legally able to enter into a binding purchase contract and use a payment method you are authorized to use.
Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information. If you create an account, protect your login details and notify us promptly about suspected unauthorized access.
You must not use the website for fraud or unlawful activities, interfere with its security, introduce malicious software, or infringe another person’s rights.
3. Products and descriptions
We sell clothing and other products described on our website. Many products are printed to order.
Product images may include digital mockups. Screen settings and printing processes can cause minor differences in appearance. These normal variations do not remove your rights if an item is defective or materially different from its description.
Check the product description, size guide, materials and care instructions before ordering. Changes to our product range apply to future purchases and do not alter accepted orders.
4. Orders and payment
Your order is accepted when we send your order confirmation, unless applicable law provides otherwise. Payment must be authorized using a method offered at checkout. We may request reasonable information to verify a transaction.
If we discover an availability problem, pricing error or other issue affecting your order, we will contact you promptly. We will not increase an agreed price or substitute a materially different product without your agreement.
Any refusal or cancellation by us must comply with applicable law. If we lawfully cancel an order, we will refund the amounts paid for that order without undue delay.
5. Prices, taxes and import charges
The currency and order total are displayed at checkout. Product prices, applicable taxes, shipping charges and other amounts we collect are shown before you complete your purchase. Price changes apply to future orders.
For international orders, any responsibility for import duties, taxes or carrier clearance fees not collected at checkout will be explained before purchase. These charges depend on the destination and local rules.
6. Production, shipping and delivery
Our store uses Shopify’s ecommerce platform. Printful and delivery partners help produce, package and ship orders on our behalf. You purchase from AREWEREADY, and we remain responsible for customer support and our obligations as the seller.
Production time is separate from shipping time. Available destinations, charges and estimated fulfillment and delivery times are provided in the relevant product information, checkout or Shipping Policy. Items may arrive in separate packages.
Delivery estimates can be affected by production, carriers or customs. We will communicate significant delays that we become aware of. Estimates do not remove your legal rights concerning late delivery, non-delivery, loss or damage.
Please check your delivery address carefully. Where permitted by law, additional shipping charges may apply if reshipment is needed because you supplied an incorrect address or left a package unclaimed.
7. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Contact us immediately to request an order change or cancellation. Voluntary changes or cancellations may no longer be possible after production begins. Statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.
Our Return and Refund Policy explains the claim process, available remedies and applicable deadlines. Under our standard claim process, quality issues should be reported within 30 days of delivery and missing packages within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Longer legal rights continue to apply.
Where permitted by law, we do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for changes of mind or customer selection of an incorrect size, color or design. This does not restrict remedies for defective or incorrect goods or any mandatory cancellation right.

8. Privacy and personal information
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used and shared, including information needed by Shopify, payment providers, Printful and carriers to process and deliver orders.
Accepting these Terms does not replace any separate consent required by privacy or marketing laws.
9. Intellectual property
Our branding, website content and designs are owned by us or used under applicable permissions or licenses, to the extent protected by law.
Purchasing a physical product does not transfer intellectual property rights. You may not copy or commercially exploit protected designs, logos or website content without permission, except where the law allows.
10. Customer reviews and submissions
If you submit a review, photograph or other content for publication, you must have the necessary rights to share it. Your submission must not be fraudulent, unlawful or infringe another person’s rights.
You retain your rights in your submission and give us non-exclusive permission to display it on our website for its submitted purpose, subject to applicable law and privacy rights. Any broader use requiring separate permission will be requested separately.
We may moderate unlawful or fraudulent content. Genuine customer feedback will be handled fairly.
11. Website availability and liability
We take reasonable steps to maintain the website but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. External websites linked from our store operate under their own terms and policies.
Our responsibility for losses arising from a purchase or website use is determined by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
12. Consumer rights and disputes
Nothing in these Terms or our other policies removes mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to product quality, descriptions, delivery, legal guarantees, cancellation or refunds.
Please contact us about a concern so we can try to resolve it. This does not limit your right to pursue other remedies or legal proceedings.
Applicable law determines which laws and courts have jurisdiction. Consumers retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings in their home courts where those rights apply.
13. Changes and severability
We may update these Terms for future website use and purchases. The revision date appears above. We will provide notice of changes where required by law.
The terms applicable to your purchase are those presented when you placed your order. Later changes do not retrospectively reduce your rights under an existing purchase.
If a provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
